Metrô Rio came with the challenge to promote the Giro, Metrô Rio app.
The app makes it possible to purchase tickets in a few seconds, avoiding queues and the need to handle cash.
Our mission was to generate visitors and app downloads for the new app.
By combining geolocation with segmentation strategies based on interests and consumption habits, we were able to map and impact the users that were most likely to engage with the app.
Throughout 2022, we generated more than 30,000 visits to the website and around 18,000 clicks to the app stores.
